Guided Walks are held every Wednesday and Friday for July & August, starting from the Visitor Centre at 11am. The walk takes visitors off trail, across the bog visiting a megalithic tomb. As visitors are taken off trail, it is advisable to have boots suitable for wet and boggy conditions. Visitors are also asked to bring rain gear. The walk takes between 1.5 - 2 hours approximately.
There is an information session on the Connemara Pony in the stables every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for the months of July and August from 2 - 4 pm.

Swallows
The Education Room at Connemara National Park will be open every Saturday and Sunday until the end of June from 11.30 am until 3.30 pm (closed over lunch 1.00 - 1.30pm)
So pop in a see some of the Parks wonderful wildlife and there will be a guide on hand to answer any of your questions.
